A location is a distinct physical shop or production site. Each location gets its own workspace with separate jobs, customers, inventory, and settings. On the Professional plan you can manage up to 3 locations under one account; Enterprise is unlimited.
When customers email your shop, PrintPort's AI reads the message, extracts job details (quantities, sizes, paper stock, deadlines), and can automatically create a quote or print job. It saves hours of manual data entry every week. Available on Professional (500 emails/mo) and Enterprise (1,000 emails/mo) plans.
We will notify you as you approach your storage limit. You can free up space by archiving old jobs, or upgrade to a higher plan for more storage. We will never delete your files without your permission.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We perform daily backups, and our infrastructure runs on industry-leading cloud providers. Enterprise customers get full data isolation per location, meaning each shop's data is completely separated from the others.
